School term dates are determined by Cornwall Local Authority in consultation with education professional associations. 

The current term dates, together with those for 2025-26 are available in ics format on the Council website: School term dates and INSET days - Cornwall Council.

Individual schools and multi academy trusts are required to publish 5 days of INSET professional development and training for their staff. Each school's term dates are likely, therefore, to have differences from the guiding template calendar published.  Parents should not assume that their child's school term dates are the same as those published here.
